Snow Camouflage Tips
- White Out Your Body and Gear – Naturally in order to conceal yourself in a snow-covered environment you need to white out your body and gear. This includes covering your body and weapons platform with strips of white fabric such as the Predator Ghillie™ COBRA LITE or VIPER LITE. This can also include utilizing white face paint to better camouflage your skin while in a snowy terrain.
- Break Up Your Weapons Silhouette – Snow typically appears soft causing weapons platforms to stick out more and be easily seen. Mask your weapons silhouette by covering it with a Predator Ghillie™ GAT WRAP in the Multicam® Alpine camouflage pattern. This is one of the easiest methods of concealment as compared to spray painting your weapons platform which could take multiple coats and hours to dry.
- Mix Some Greens with Your Alpine Gear – Depending on your environment and the amount of snowfall it is wise to mix a combination of greens, and even tans, with your snow gear. This could be a mixture of Multicam® and Multicam® Arid mixed with your Multicam® Alpine gear and equipment.
