We had the opportunity to get out and have some fun this weekend. The Spartan Beast is a 13+ MILES / 25+ OBSTACLES – An obstacle Race from Hell. With the start elevation above 5000Ft and high 90-degree temperatures, this race was no joke. Hydrate or die!!
There were plenty of hills to climb, walls to jump over, mud pits to crawl through and ropes climbs. The Spartan Beast is a good race to check your endurance and strength.
